It provides visitors with a way to visit a property virtually, take measurements to a high degree of accuracy, and with the right access create labels or attach notes to items within a space.

Boots On The Ground - Our Basic Package
This is our base level offering for all virtual twin spaces. It is best suited for lenders and investors that want to evaluate a property. All other packages or add-on options will build upon this base level offering. It includes the following:
On-Site Property Scan
Our friendly and experienced field agents use professional grade equipment to conduct a thorough onsite scan of the property. The information photographed and captured by the equipment can be used to create architectural grade data files or a virtual twin replica of the property.
Conversion of Data to Virtual Twin Space
We use the data captured to create a virtual replica of the property also known as a virtual twin space. Within this space all visitors can virtually walk and look around. All virtual spaces come with a built-in measurement tool that allows a visitor to take measurements within the space which are accurate to within 5cm. Visitors also have the ability to switch to a bird’s eye view to get a view of the property’s floorplan.
Access to Your Virtual Twin Via Web-Link
Upon completion you will be sent a shareable link to access your virtual space. You have the ability to make access to your virtual space available to the public or keep access private and only share it with a select few.
Annual Data Hosting Subscription
All Virtual Twin Spaces include a one-year subscription of data hosting which will renew automatically until cancelled.

Editor's Access
This highly useful feature allows you to label rooms, add notes, attach links, and do some minor manipulations to a properties floor plan. It also includes access to a Property Report that provides room meaurements and dimensions.
With this package you can level of access you can gather estimates more efficiently and keep organized visual notes as you make plans and conduct research.
Collaborator's Access
This is essentially another editor's link that allows the same capabilities. However, when there are more than one visitor with this access they can send virtual notes directly to fellow editors for clear communication and easier collaboration.
Marketing Package
Extend your reach and widen your potential buyer or tenant pool by using this package to host a 24/7 virtual open house. In addition to everything listed under our Boots On the Ground Package, this package includes the following services and features:
Automatic Distribution to Real Estate Platforms
Your virtual space is automatically distributed to Homes.com, Redfin, and realtor.com, and tied to your property offering's listing information to help it gain more exposure.
Digital Clean-Up & Search Engine Optimization
We conduct some basic digital clean up, add room labels, and blur private information or faces to enhance a visitor’s virtual walk-through experience and protect a property owner’s privacy. We also add description tags and data on the backend to help increase SEO and boost marketing efforts.
Digital Business Card
Include vital contact information so that home shoppers know who to reach out to with questions. This digital card will be visibly available throughout the entire visit and every time visitors come back. We provide 1 link with a business card, and 1 link without a business card to provide MLS compliant options.
Navigational Compass
Let visitors know which direction they are facing as they walk through a property by providing them with this useful feature.
