Scheduling a property scan is easy. Simply call or visit our booking page to select your preferred date and time that you would like us to conduct our scan. If there is a conflict with the time slot you selected one of our agents will reach out to resechedule a different time.
Step 2: Prepare for your scan.
Preparing your home for a 3D scan will vary slightly depending on how the virtual twin will be used. For marketing or rental purposes, preparation is similar to getting a home ready for photos: tidy surfaces, remove clutter, store away personal items, and turn on all lights. For remodel planning, insurance documentation, estate records, or property management, the scan is intended to capture the space accurately as it exists, so only light tidying is recommended unless specific areas should be cleared for visibility. Any rooms, closets, garages, or exterior areas you want included should be accessible, with doors opened where possible.
The scanner creates a detailed, as-is digital record, so it’s best to complete any cleaning, minor repairs, or staging beforehand if those details matter for your intended use. If certain areas are not ready or should be excluded, simply let us know in advance.
