Includes up to 5 exterior photographs or 3 interior photographs. Additional photos are charged at $3.00 each
Up to 40 photographs of the home including interior and exterior.
We charge $75 for initial visit and up to 1000sq. ft. of interior space. We charge $0.10 for each additional sq.ft. This includes the following features:
- Virtual replica you can "walk around" online.
- Ability to look at property with a birdseye view to understand the layout.
- Ability to measure spaces with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability for virtual visitor to "defurnish" spaces.
Includes our basic Matterport Services plus the following:
- Digital clean up of space for better walk ability.
- Blurring of faces and personal data.
- Labeling of rooms.
- Descriptions added on the back end for increased SEO
- MLS Compliant virtual space and sync, + space w/digital business card for added marketability.
- 2D Floor Plan marketing asset.
Includes our basic Matterport Services plus the following:
- Collaborator Access
- Virtual Twin Marketing Package after renovations are complete provided with at a $35 discount.

We are able to scan and order property data files such as BIM, CAD, E57. .SKX and more. Prices vary by property size and data file type. Please reach out for more information.

Data files can always be purchased after a scan as an add-on service.
If you order a 2nd scan on the same property we will offer a $25 discount. If you order a Virtual Twin Marketing Package for your 2nd scan we will give a $35 discount.
